We are looking for your best shots of the City of Willmar to display at the Civic Center, Events & Recreation Center, Shelters, and the Community Center. Some photos might include; Nature, Action Shots, Culture, Community, and anything that showcases our city. The Photo Contest runs from May 1st to May 31st. You can email your high-resolution photos to the Parks & Rec department.
