MISSION & PHILOSOPHY
It is the mission of the Willmar Regional Access Channels to provide opportunities for individuals, educational, governmental, civic, and charitable groups to produce and cablecast and broadcast programs that will promote open expression, bilingual education, economic growth, public forums, and enrichment of the multi-cultural, artistic and civic aspects of life in the regional area of Willmar.
ABOUT WRAC
Located in downtown Willmar, WRAC TV provides public, education, and government programming on Charter Cable channels 180, 181, 188, and 189. WRAC TV Channels are available via Cable system only and are available in Willmar, Pennock, Kandiyohi, Spicer, New London, and 5 Willmar Townships. WRAC TV cablecasts over 30,000 programs on its channels per year and much of the programming is available on-demand and Channel 189 is continually streamed online.
