WRAC TV

Willmar Regional Access Channels (WRAC TV) is just one of the many ways the City reaches out to citizens.  WRAC TV includes Public programming, Government programming, and Educational programming.  What is Your Voice on WRAC TV, its operations, and its content?

Nice TV schedule-- easy to use, lots of programs and friendly staffers making it all happen. Thanks for keeping us connected to government, churches, and other regional connections! Rudy-- you rock!

Continue the educational programming for children. Had many positive comments on the Read Alongs, Learning Zones and Ben and Bella.WRAC is a great collaborative partner and hope to contiue to work with them on various programs.

WRAC 8 is a great station/program/organization and we are SO lucky to have it in our community!!! Thank you WRAC 8 for all you do!!!

Having WRAC available to air recordings of our elementary Songfests throughout the year is a real asset to the students and parents of the Willmar area. Many parents are unable to take time off from work to attend the performances, yet they have the opportunity to see this activity that their children work hard to put together and are proud of.

I've heard a number of people say that they find the master gardener segment of "do you know" to be interesting and useful. We've worked to provide a variety of topics, locations, and presenters. Keep up the good work, Rudy!!

WRAC8 Access- We do not have access to WRAC8 at our home, as we subscribe to satellite TV. We are pleased with our satellite service; however, we would like access to WRAC8. We utilize view on demand and would like to see all programming available

Live Streaming/View on Demand/Internet Access- In regard to public meetings--Live streaming like KWLM/Q102 would be first choice. For view on demand, one hour within close of meeting. Having them posted a day or two later, people have moved on. If it must be the following day, I suggest posting by a consistent time, such as 9:00 a.m. so people can plan when they will access or can follow up/verify for themselves after media coverage.

Webite- WRAC8 is difficult to navigate and find on city's website using main navigation. This page link, found on search engines, willmarmn.gov/channel/wrac-8, is blank. I find it through the bottom tool bar under Stay Connected. Recommend listing under residents tab, and listing as a main menu item or having a WRAC8 button on Home page.

Advertise WRAC8's programming and schedule in alternate media--not just on local cable channels to increase viewership.

Partner with organizations that generate their own videos--such as school district. Especially, now that the district is looking for ways to educate parents and is hosting parent education events. It might be nice to regularly share an ABE class so people can see what it looks like.

General- I have worked with three members of the WRAC8 team in various ways and have had good experiences. Thank you for what you do.

This is a very cool addition and I will be using it very often as will wildcat nation. Thanks for what you do!

I love everything about WRAC8. The coverage of public meetings and the "Do You Know" shows are terrific. I also like the Public Service Announcements rolling for non profits and charities. Please keep supporting WRAC8 every year.
