Swansson Field Recreational Complex is a 2-part Park on the Southwest side of Willmar. Swansson Field is home to 5 baseball/softball fields. Each color coded & numbered field is equipped with dugout benches and bleacher seating and is used by various baseball & softball leagues throughout the summer and fall.

south Swansson Field

The south half of Swansson Field Recreation Complex is located directly to the south, across Willmar Avenue. The amount of green space in this location allows for soccer games, picnics, and more. There is a playground, winding bike & walking path, and a Skate Park as well.

Baker Field - Taunton Stadium

Baker Field at Bill Taunton Stadium is home to the Willmar Cardinal Boy's Baseball Team, Ridgewater Warriors Baseball Team, and the Willmar Stingers of the Northwoods Baseball League. With premiere seating, concessions stands, restroom facilities, and dugouts, Taunton Stadium is a destination for baseball fans from all over the state as Willmar is one of the centers of amateur baseball in the state including the host facility for the Minnesota State Amateur Baseball Tournament.
