NOTICE OF COUNCIL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council will be meeting using a hybrid system of
in-person and virtual electronic formats at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020, in the
Board Room at the Health and Human Services Building, 2200 – 23ʳ�ˆ Street NE, in Willmar. All
Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 Guidelines will be followed for those present at the in
person meeting.
